Adrenal body types have a strong, stocky appearance; solid, heavy musculature; shoulders broader than hips; wide, grounded stance; and medium to large bone structure. Breakfast should be light, with moderate or heavy lunch and dinner. Prevent overstimulating adrenal glands by avoiding beef and salty foods.
